Get help
Email requests@playhundredstories.com and a person will read it. In the game, open the menu, then Settings, then Help, and tap Send feedback to tell us what broke or what you would like.

Restore the full tower
If you bought the full tower and it is missing, open Settings, then Full tower, and tap Restore purchase (if you see the full tower card instead, Restore purchase is on that card). Use the same Apple ID you bought it with. If someone in your Family Sharing group bought it, it is shared with you the same way.

Where your saves live
Your tower is saved on your device. On iPhone and iPad, when you are signed in to iCloud, your towers are also kept in your own iCloud, so they come back on a new device.
